Oslo kommune c/o fornebubanen, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure in two stages for the procurement of "Technical installations and internal works, Fornebu station and base (K5B)". The contracting authority will invite 3-6 tenderers who will be qualified in this phase to submit a tender in the next phase. A selection among any redundant qualified tenderers will be based on the selection criteria set in the qualification documentation. Note that the timeline for the procurement in Artifik uses the term "Tender Deadline" for the deadline for submitting application for qualification.
