Dublin Port Company hereinafter referred to as DPC requires a single secure, cloud-based platform combining project and portfolio management with a Common Data Environment. The platform must be capable of managing governance approvals, dashboards, tasks, drawings and documents, NEC4 RIAI contract administration, cost control and reporting, while integrating with systems such as Microsoft 365, Primavera, Integra and PEMAC Asset Management platform. It is intended that the successful tenderer will be required to migrate existing SharePoint data from two Microsoft tenancies, provide strong GDPR cybersecurity and disaster-recovery controls, and deliver implementation, training and ongoing support. It is intended to enter into a contract for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for successive 2 year periods up to a maximum contract duration of 15 years. To promote responsible and sustainable supply chain www.dublinport.ie practices in line with industry best practice, DPC has partnered with Achilles, a leading global provider of supply chain risk management services. Achilles Supply Line has operated in Ireland for over 25 years and will be used as a qualification system for this competition. DPC is conducting its qualification stage for this competition via the Achilles Supply-Line Platform. DPC may invite all qualified firms to tender or reserves the right to carry out a further qualification stage to reduce the number of firms to be invited.
