It is intended that the successful tenderer will be required to migrate existing SharePoint data from two Microsoft tenancies, provide strong GDPR cybersecurity and disaster-recovery controls, and deliver implementation, training and ongoing support. It is intended to enter into a contract for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for successive 2 year periods up to a maximum contract duration of 15 years.
