In summary, the service comprises of Project Manager and Cost Control Manager to project manage the fit-out and all ancillary works of the permanent space of the Consulate General of Ireland in Melbourne from inception to completion, including conducting a technical due diligence and furnishing a report and test fit for the relevant space, procurement of a design team and building contractor and overall project and cost management through the design and construction stages of the project, resulting in the delivery of a completed office space.
