This procurement aims to establish multiple framework contracts for catering services, supplies, and venue arrangements required for meetings and other events organised by the Contracting Authority, including the provision of food and drinks prepared off-site. To ensure specialised service delivery and increased competition, the procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 – Catering Services and Supplies, and Lot 2 – Arrangement of Venues. At this stage, economic operators are invited to express their interest by sending an email to tenders@eba.europa.eu quoting reference EBA/2026/OP/0007 by Wednesday 30 September 2026 at the latest. The EBA will invite interested economic operators to respond to a questionnaire. This will help the EBA identify the active companies in the field, analyse the market and develop the tender specifications. Catering services and supplies

This lot aims to provide comprehensive catering services and related event supplies for meetings and events organised by the contracting authority. The services may include, but are not limited to: • Coffee breaks and refreshments. • Breakfast, lunch and dinner services. • Working lunches. • Cocktail receptions and networking events. • Catering services for conferences, workshops, seminars and training sessions. • Provision of special dietary requirements and allergen-free options. • Delivery, set-up and dismantling of catering equipment. • Provision of consumables and event-related supplies. • Rental and supply of tableware, glassware, linen and related equipment where required.

Arrangement of venues

This lot aims to provide venue sourcing, booking and coordination services for events organised by the contracting authority. The services may include, but are not limited to: • Identification and proposal of suitable venues according to event requirements. • Venue sourcing and market research. • Negotiation and management of venue bookings. • Coordination with venue providers. • Reservation of meeting rooms, conference centres and event spaces. • Support for hybrid and virtual event facilities where required. • Coordination of venue logistics and event requirements. • Management of venue-related administrative arrangements. • Provision of venue alternatives in case of unavailability or operational constraints.
