Nottingham City Council has secured Warm Homes Local Grant (WHLG) from Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) to improve the energy efficiency of privately owned domestic properties located within the City. The Council have appointed a main Contractor to carry out a programme of retrofits.

The Contractor will design, install and provide warranties for measures using a fabric first approach to improve energy efficiency of homes. These include External Wall Insulation, Internal Wall Insulation, Room in Roof and Loft insulation. Renewable Energy Saving measures include Solar PV Panels and Batteries and low carbon heating measures include Air Source Heat Pumps and High Retention Storage Heaters.

Lot 1: (DPS 7771) Category 3 Multiple Insulation Measures

Cavity Wall Insulation, Room in Roof Insulation, Loft Insulation and Ventilation. This is estimated at 15 Room in Roof Insulation Installations, 20 Cavity Wall Insulation installations and 30 Loft Insulation installations. These estimates are subject to ongoing surveying.
