The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) shall hold a procurement to enter into a framework agreement in order to cover the Norwegian Armed Forces' need for quality assurance of the Norwegian Armed Forces laboratory activities. NDMA shall enter into a new contract for this delivery extent in the near future and therefore requests written feedback on whether any other actors can offer the same type of services. It is desirable that the Supplier gives written feedback by 19.06.2026. NDMA would like to examine whether there are other tenderers in the market who offer the same type of services as "Quality improvement of medical laboratory activities". The service involves guidance connected to quality assurance of laboratory activities, as well as inspection tests of ongoing laboratory activities, for the purpose of uncovering any weaknesses in the organisation.
