The Works involve the servicing and inspection and testing, by a suitably qualified and experienced specialist firm, of existing powered security barriers, electric gates and powered roller shutters in full compliance with the relevant standards for a Thirty Six {36} month period. In addition to a programme of planned visits to each location the following will be carried out: The provision of a maintenance call out service, to be paid for on the basis of a fee per call out as quoted in this tender for all locations.
