This procurement concerns the operation, administration and maintenance of Utility Connect´s mobile network for critical utility communications, divided into two lots: managed network operations and nationwide field services.

Mobile Network Managed Services (LTE-M NOC, TOC & Smarthands)

This lot covers the managed operation and maintenance of Utility Connect's LTE-M mobile network. The contractor provides round-the-clock monitoring and technical operations from a central operations centre, supported by hands-on assistance at the network's core locations, to keep this critical communications network running reliably.

Mobile Network Field Services (CDMA & LTE-M)

This lot covers the field maintenance of Utility Connect's CDMA and LTE-M network sites across the Netherlands. The contractor carries out preventive, corrective and adaptive maintenance on site and manages the associated spare parts, keeping the physical network infrastructure available and reliable.
