Declarations - fill in the English or Ukrainian version of the document, sign the original and send a scan / convert to PDF and sign electronically (to be provided as part of the proposal); • Commercial and technical proposals must be signed; • The Technical Proposal shall be submitted in compliance with the requirements specified in clause 5.2 of Section 2. Instructions to Tenderers and Evaluation Criteria; • Registration documents that follow the laws of your country must be part of the proposal.
