This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice. This contract has been modified under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. NHS Essex Integrated Care Board has modified an existing Dermatology Services contract Service Change with increased scope the Provider The provider has been supporting the Princess Alexandra Hospital’s management of urgent skin cancer referrals by offering community dermoscopy. In 25/26 this was for all referrals received from West Essex GPs. The contract was originally awarded 01/12/2023. For the purposes of calculating the lifetime contract value in accordance with regulatory and reporting requirements, NHS Essex Integrated Care Board has selected an 'end date' of 30/11/2028 at II.2.7. As such, the lifetime value of the modification over remaining term is £890000.00 (excluding VAT), calculated on the basis of a Baseline contract lifetime value at award (V₀) V₀ = annual contract value × original contract term (years) £3866486.00. Aggregate contract value at the execution date (Original Contract Value) £3,866,486 (December 2023).
