Sexual Health Promotion, Prevention and Support Service (Bi-Borough)
The Councils require a provider to deliver a Sexual Health Promotion, Prevention and Support Service across Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. The service will include (but is not limited to): Universal and targeted sexual health promotion Outreach and engagement with priority populations Digital and virtual service delivery Confidential advice, signposting and support Specialist HIV-related support and wellbeing provision Integration with clinical sexual health and wider public health services The service will place a strong emphasis on reducing health inequalities and supporting high-risk or underserved groups including young people, LGBTQ+ residents, people with learning disabilities and ethnically diverse communities. Delivery is suitable for partnership‑based models, and the Contracting Authority welcomes bids from single providers, consortia, and providers proposing subcontracting arrangements.
