Verticaløfter (lift) in Buffersentral for Helse Bergen
Verticaløfter (lift) in Buffersentral for Helse Bergen
The vertical lifts (transport lifts) connected to the Buffer Central must be replaced when establishing a new buffer centre in the transport facility at Haukeland Hospital, Bergen Health Trust. The vertical lifts function as part of an AWT (transport facility) that only transports and stores standardised transport containers. The vertical lifts shall, thus, exclusively transport these containers up and down the building. The vertical lifts shall be clean transport lifts, without passenger transport, which fall under the Machine Regulations. Since the vertical lifts are part of a larger AWT, this will be a "partially completed machine". Vertical lifts shall be replaced in 2 of the transport facility ́s hubs (junctions 10 and 11), each of the hubs has 2 vertical lifts. Thus, a total of 4 vertical lifts. The number of containers from sterile supplies will increase when the new system for the sterile supply is implemented, from approx. 40 to 120 containers daily. This requires greater capacity of the logistics of containers and involves the development of a buffer central and hubs which means that vertical lifts must be replaced. When the expansion of the new junction is in place and the vertical lifts are ready assembled, this shall be included in the automation system (the control system). The delivery must be ready tested and ready for normal/expected operation in connection with the start-up of the new system for sterile supply in early 2028.Options: Option is wanted for the procurement of several vertical lifts as there are several vertical lifts in the facility that are ripe for replacement in the near future. There are 3 junctions - 6 vertical lifts - on option.
