Lot 1 Coventry and Warwickshire

The Integrated Non‑Custodial Services (INCS) will be required to deliver a continuous, coordinated, and seamless model of non‑custodial criminal justice healthcare and support. The INCS scope includes the delivery of Liaison and Diversion services, Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTRs), and RECONNECT services, ensuring integration across pathways and effective partnership working with criminal justice, health, and social care stakeholders.

The contract value is £1,996,733.72 per annum.

The contract length will be 5 years with the commissioners having the option to extend for a further 2 years.
