The Integrated Non‑Custodial Services(INCS) will be required to deliver a continuous, coordinated, and seamless model of non‑custodial criminal justice healthcare and support. The service will meet individuals identified health and wellbeing needs while addressing factors associated with offending behaviour, with a focus on early intervention, continuity of care, and improved outcomes across the criminal justice pathway.

Lot 1 Coventry and Warwickshire

The Integrated Non‑Custodial Services (INCS) will be required to deliver a continuous, coordinated, and seamless model of non‑custodial criminal justice healthcare and support. The service will meet individuals identified health and wellbeing needs while addressing factors associated with offending behaviour, with a focus on early intervention, continuity of care, and improved outcomes across the criminal justice pathway.

The INCS scope includes the delivery of Liaison and Diversion services, Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTRs), and RECONNECT services, ensuring integration across pathways and effective partnership working with criminal justice, health, and social care stakeholders.

The contract value is £1,996,733.72 per annum.

The contract length will be 5 years with the commissioners having the option to extend for a further 2 years.

Lot 2 West Mercia

The Integrated Non‑Custodial Services(INCS) will be required to deliver a continuous, coordinated, and seamless model of non‑custodial criminal justice healthcare and support. The service will meet individuals identified health and wellbeing needs while addressing factors associated with offending behaviour, with a focus on early intervention, continuity of care, and improved outcomes across the criminal justice pathway.
