The procurement concerns winter maintenance of approx. 180-200 properties in Oslobygg KF ́s portfolio within health, care, culture and stand-by. The delivery includes mechanical and manual snow clearing, gritting, filling coats and spring sweeping. Several of the properties have 24 hour operation and social critical functions, including emergency services, fire stations, welfare buildings and other emergency properties, which sets high requirements for stand-by, response time and quality in the execution. The procurement is divided into two geographical sub-contracts (east and west), and a contract is planned to be signed with two tenderers - one per area. The contract period is eight years, with an estimated total contract value of NOK 130 million excluding VAT and a maximum limit of NOK 160 million excluding VAT. The contract has comprehensive requirements for seriousness, HSE, environment and use of emission free or biogas based vehicles and machines where possible.
Health, care, culture and stand-by buildings west
Sub-contract Health, Care, Culture and Stand-by Building West comprises winter operation of Oslobygg's health, welfare, culture and stand-by properties in the western part of Oslo. The portfolio consists of i.a. welfare buildings, cultural buildings, fire and stand-by facilities as well as other properties with important social functions. The contract includes snow clearing, gritting, filling of coats and spring sweeping, with particular focus on high preparedness, good accessibility and safe transport for users, residents and employees throughout the winter season.
