The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) has awarded a contract for the provision of independent legal advisory services to support the delivery of the UK’s Carbon Capture, Usage and Storage (CCUS) and Greenhouse Gas Removals (GGR) programmes. The services include legal, commercial and regulatory advice relating to the development and implementation of CCUS and GGR business models, contractual arrangements, licensing and associated programme activities.
