The offered hotels shall be inside the geographic areas defined in Annex 1B "Tender lots". The tenderer may offer hotel accommodation services for one or several lots. Other kind of partial tenders are not accepted. Within each lot, the tenderer may offer one or several hotels. If the tenderer is selected as a supplier in several lots, Hansel reserves the right to combine these lots into the same Agreement concluded with the supplier. THE SCOPE OF THE CALL FOR TENDERS Annex A "Customers" of the Call for Tenders indicates the customers who are entitled to use the Framework agreement. The combined estimated value of all lots and optional cities covered by the Call for Tenders during the contract period is 15 000 000 - 50 000 000 euros (VAT 0 %), including option periods. The maximum value of all lots and optional cities covered by the Call for Tenders is 50 000 000 euros (VAT 0 %).
