Enligt förhandsannonsen beräknas upphandlingsdokumenten att bli tillgängligt (observera att detta kan komma att ändras) 2026-04-30 SPIDER coordinates the iPRIS initiative (ICT Policy & Regulation - Institutional Strengthening), a regulatory capacity building project co- financed by the European Commission, Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency), and Luxembourg Development Cooperation. Stockholm University acts as coordinating and implementing institution for the iPRIS project. iPRIS supports telecommunications regulatory development in Sub-Saharan Africa and involves 43 National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) and four Regional Regulatory Organisations (RROs): • ARTAC, Central Africa Telecommunications Regulators Assembly https://regulationartac.org • CRASA, Communications Regulators Association of Southern Africa https://www.crasa.org • EACO, East African Communications Organization https://www.eaco.int • WATRA, West Africa Telecommunications Regulators Assembly https://www.watra.org The present planned procurement concerns consultancy support for iPRIS, focusing on regulatory capacity building at regional level for the above mentioned RROs.
