Service & Maintenance of M&E Systems
MSV Housing was seeking to secure a contractor for the above contract that consists of service & maintenance of a number of M&E systems as listed below, to properties within Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire, the procurement will be conducted via Contractor DPS – Lots 27,28,29,30 and 31. Assets include: Door Entry, Warden Call, Auto Doors, Auto Gates, Barriers, Intruder Alarms Contract duration will be for a period of 36 months with an option for a further 12 months based on satisfactory performance.
General Build
MSV Housing have appointed a list of subcontractors to provide general build & disrepair works to both tenanted and voids properties. The tender exercise will be conducted via Contractor DPS - Lot 36 – Capital Works – Roofing. Contract Notice Reference No. 2024/S 000-030842. Contract duration will be for a period of 12 months with an option for a further 3 x 12 months based on satisfactory performance.
