The contract will provide for the supply and delivery of materials to support operational requirements across the Borough of Darlington. Delivery arrangements will comprise a combination of: Direct deliveries to multiple Council locations within the Borough; and Collections by the Council from the Contractor's premises, which must be located within a 5-mile radius of DL1 4QB. The contract will be structured into 10 distinct lots to promote flexibility, encourage supplier participation, and ensure the efficient provision of a wide range of materials.
