Construction of the Koh Khsach Tonlea Bridge over the Bassac River connecting Koh Khsach Tonlea island (Sa'ang District, Kandal Province) with National Road 21 (NR21). The works include a 330 m continuous prestressed concrete box girder bridge (span arrangement 40m+75m+100m+75m+40m) built via balanced cantilever method, monolithic reinforced concrete piers, reverse T-abutments, cast-in-place large-diameter bored piles (~50m depth), a multi-cell RC box culvert (2.5mx2.0m), approach embankments, navigation fairway capital dredging, and rock rip-rap bank protection.
