We have completed a compliant Early Contractor Involvement (2 Stage) procurement by conducting mini competition through the Pagabo Civils and Infrastructure Framework Lot 2 Midlands - Water Supply & Waste Water in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15). 2-stage procurement approach via the X22 - Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) mechanism through a NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract. Stage 1 is the pre-construction ECI phase, with development of the scope, detailed design and agreement on price for construction.
