The project provides for the construction works of a split-level two-storey special school building containing 25 classrooms, a hydrotherapy pool, associated clinician and educational support rooms and ancillary spaces with total floor area of c. 6200 sqm. The electrical reserved specialist shall be responsible for the complete electrical services installations associate with the project including appointing sub-specialists for the following installations – Fire Alarms, Voice Evacuation, Structured Cabling, Lightning Protection, Lighting Controls, LV Switchgear, Small Power, Induction Loops, Staff Assist + Attack Installation, Security Installations, Public Address, Emergency Lighting Systems + Solar PV panels, EV charging, Site Services, Site lighting
