NHS Devon has undertaken a procurement exercise using Direct Award process C of the Provider Selection Regime for continuing all-age assessment support services across Continuing Healthcare and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards service areas. This includes reviews of patients, assessments of patients and support to appeals.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. NHS Devon sought to procure assessment support services across CHC and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards service areas . It is intending to award a contract of 12 months with a 6 month extension option, commencing 01/07/2026 to Carehome Selection Ltd.
